使用赛默飞世尔科技 Pierce 重组过氧化物酶偶联蛋白 L 在蛋白质印迹、ELISA、IHC 和其他免疫测定方案中探测和检测含有 kappa 轻链的小鼠和人抗体。
重组蛋白 L 的特点：
• 每种蛋白包含四个免疫球蛋白结合结构域• 结合含有 kappa 轻链的所有类别 Ig（IgG、IgM、IgA、IgE 和 IgD）的成员
• 结合含有 kappa 轻链的单链
可变片段 （scFv） 和 Fab 片段 蛋白 L 是一种免疫球蛋白结合蛋白
，最初来源于细菌 大消化链球菌，但现在是重组生产的。蛋白L具有独特的能力，可以通过kappa轻链相互作用结合，而不会干扰抗体的抗原结合位点。这使得蛋白L能够结合比其他抗体结合蛋白更广泛的Ig类和亚类。蛋白L将与所有类别的Ig（IgG，IgM，IgA，IgE和IgD）结合。蛋白L还将结合单链可变片段（scFv）和Fab片段。蛋白L结合人中的κI，III和IV和小鼠的κI。
