For the determination of Mouse FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) concentrations in serum, plasma and other related biological fluids.

| 工作原理 | 本试剂盒采用的是双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附检测技术（ELISA）。测定样品中小鼠促卵泡素水平。向预先包被了抗小鼠促卵泡素抗体的酶标孔中，加入标准品和样本，温育后，加入生物素标记的抗促卵泡素抗体。再与HRP标记的链霉亲和素结合，形成免疫复合物，再经过温育和洗涤，去除未结合的酶，然后加入显色底物TMB，产生蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。最后，在450 nm处测定反应孔样品吸光度（OD）值，样本中的小鼠促卵泡素浓度与OD值成正比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样本中小鼠促卵泡素的浓度。 |
| Purpose | This assay employs the Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Determine the level of Mouse FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) in the sample. Add standard and sample to the microplate that have been pre-coated with Anti-Mouse FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) antibody. After incubation, add Biotin-conjugated anti-Mouse FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) antibody. It is then combined with HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form an immune complex, then incubated and washed to remove unbound enzyme, and then added to the chromogenic substrate TMB to produce a blue color, and converted to the final yellow under the action of acid. Finally, the absorbance (OD) value was measured at 450 nm. The concentration of Mouse FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) in the sample was proportional to the OD value. The concentration of Mouse FSH(Follicle Stimulating Hormone) in the sample can be calculated by drawing a standard curve. |

促卵泡素（FSH）过高，说明卵巢的储备功能差，这时可先用药增加卵巢储备，保护卵巢内的激素受体；如雌二醇（E2）过高，考虑病人可能有残存的卵泡，提示不宜进行促排卵治疗；如促黄体生成素（LH）过高，医学教育|网搜集整理就会影响卵泡质量，卵泡受精力下降，流产率增加，可先行降LH治疗；如催乳素（PRL）过高，也会影响排卵和黄体功能，这时主要用溴隐亭对症治疗即可；如睾酮（T）过高，会影响卵泡的发育，造成无数的小卵泡竞争性发育迟缓或根本不发育。
