该试剂盒用于从新鲜或冻存外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）中分选人NK细胞。非目的细胞被识别CD3, CD4, CD14, CD19, CD20, CD36, CD66b, CD123, HLA-DR血型糖蛋白A的四聚体复合物和亲水包被的磁珠标记，在磁场作用下非目的细胞被吸附于管壁上,目的细胞直接倒入新管。
优点：
- 简单、快速：可分离未经标记的细胞，无需分离柱；
- 温和：可获得大量活性较高、功能良好的细胞，不需将样本通过分离柱；
- 分选的目的细胞纯度高达95%；
- 与流式细胞术兼容：分选出的细胞可立即用于培养、流式细胞术及其他下游应用。
