血清及0.1%NaN3 。FACS管，Tip头，移液器。仪器：低温水平离心机, 37°C水浴箱，荧光显微镜，共聚焦激光扫描显微镜，流式细胞计方法：1 悬浮细胞的染色：（1）收获正常和诱导凋亡的细胞（0.5~1′106），PBS洗2次，1000rpm′10min。（2）3%多聚甲醛冰浴10min，PBS洗2次，1000rpm′10min。（3）加入PBS-T溶液，37°C孵育15min，PBS洗2次，1000rpm′10min。（4）加入200ml胎牛血清，室温反应30min。（5）加入5ml FITC标记
