UCF.ME® High Affinity RNase Inhibitor (40 U/μL)是在大肠杆菌中表达纯化的重组猪源RNase抑制剂，通过与RNase以非共价键结合形成复合体，造成RNase失活，能够广泛抑制各种类型RNase (RNase A, B, C)。经RT-PCR、RT-qPCR检验，本产品能与Hifair® Ultra Reverse Transcriptase (200 U/μL) (Cat#14604ES)及各种DNA Polymerase兼容。UCF.ME® High Affinity RNase Inhibitor (40 U/μL)经过翌圣生物UCF.ME®超低残留工艺处理，宿主残留更低，适合对背景菌要求更为严格的应用场景，如病原微生物检测等。

使用说明
- 在RNase free离心管中配制如下混合液：

*根据具体的实验应用，可购买14604ES搭配使用。
- 逆转录程序设置：
| 温度 | 时间 |
| 50℃* | 15 min |
| 85℃** | 5 min |
*逆转录温度：当搭配14604ES使用时，推荐使用50℃；对于高GC含量模板或者复杂模板，可将逆转录温度提高到55℃-60℃；
**85℃加热5 min，目的是使逆转录酶失活。
3. 逆转录产物可立即用于后续PCR或qPCR反应，可于-25~-15℃保存短期保存，若需长期保存，建议分装后，于-80℃保存，避免反复冻融产物。
