产品简介
核酸外切酶I (Exonuclease I) 来源于重组表达的E.coli菌株Exo I基因，该酶具有从3’-5’方向水解单链DNA的外切酶活性，能够逐步释放脱氧核糖核酸5’单磷酸，并留下完整的5’端二核苷酸。本产品主要应用于PCR扩增后降解消化引物，对于双链DNA和磷酰或乙酰基团封闭的3’OH末端DNA链无活性。

使用说明
PCR反应产物中引物或其他单链残留去除：
1. 体系配制：
