双阴性T细胞分离试剂盒，用于通过顺次分选从PBMC中分离双阴性T细胞（CD4–CD8–CD56–CD3 +TCRα/β+细胞）。
分离过程分为两步。为了除去所有不需要的TCRα/β+细胞，首先对CD4 +，CD8 +和CD56 +细胞进行间接磁标记和去除。 同时使用Anti-TCRα/β-PE进行标记。 在第二步中，将带有预富集的双阴性T细胞与Anti-PE MicroBeads孵育，并通过阳选分离靶细胞。
