【产品概述】
本产品是采用探针法进行One Step RT-qPCR 的专用试剂。使用本产品进行RT-qPCR 反应可在同一反应管内连续进行，操作简单，并能有效防止污染。本反应体系由于可以对扩增产物进行实时监测，大大提高了检测灵敏度，并省略了 PCR 反应后的电泳步骤，非常适合于 RNA 病毒等微量 RNA 的检测。
本产品中使用了适合于RT-qPCR 的反转录酶 PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase和具有高扩增效率和高扩增特异性的 EVNext HS Taq ，能进行稳定高效的One Step RT-qPCR 反应。
