Untreated (–) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Eosinophil derived neurotoxin antibody [HL2166] (GTX638144) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Untreated (–) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Eosinophil derived neurotoxin antibody [HL2166] (GTX638144) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Eosinophil derived neurotoxin antibody [HL2166] detects Eosinophil derived neurotoxin protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human kidney.
