Various whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Human Papillomavirus type 18 E7 antibody [GT881] (GTX634337) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
