Laminin 521，即层粘连蛋白521，是由α5、β2和γ1三条链组成的异源三聚体糖蛋白，表达于干细胞以及绝大部分基底膜当中（尤其是神经鞘、肌肉神经接点和肾小球基底膜GBM中），是支持干细胞生长以及维持基底膜结构和性能稳定的关键基质蛋白。Laminin 521是基质重要的黏附蛋白，是目前最常用的无滋养层培养基质之一。
