产品描述：
CXC趋化因子配体16（CXCL16）是一种I型膜蛋白，其胞外区域含有非ELR基序的CXC趋化因子结构域。功能性CXCL16可从细胞表面脱落，形成约35kDa的可溶性蛋白。它最特别的地方在于以跨膜和可溶性两种形式存在，这两种形式通过不同的机制在炎症、动脉粥样硬化和癌症等多种疾病中发挥关键作用。可溶性CXCL16的主要功能是趋化，负责引导远处表达其少有受体CXCR6的细胞（如特定的T细胞、NK细胞）向炎症或肿瘤部位迁移。
