产品活性：Odulimomab (anti-LFA1) 是一种抗 LFA-1 单克隆抗体。Odulimomab 抑制 T 淋巴细胞增殖，对缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Odulimomab 可用于移植排斥反应和免疫疾病的研究。

作用靶点：Integrin
In Vitro: Odulimomab inhibits proliferation of T lymphocyte, and cytotoxicity and antibody production of T and Natural Killer (NK) cells in vitro.
In Vivo: Odulimomab (1.5 and 0.75 mg/kg; i.p., 1.5 mg/kg for the first treatment then followed by daily injection of 0.75 mg/kg until sacrifice) shows protective effects against ischemia and reperfusion injury, and also repairs in renal function after transplantation.
