产品活性：KRAS inhibitor-3 是一种 KRAS 抑制剂。KRAS inhibitor-3 以高亲和力结合野生型 和致癌型 KRAS 突变体 (KD: KRAS WT 为 0.28 μM，KRAS G12C 为 0.63 μM，KRAS G12D 为 0.37 μM，KRAS Q61H 为 0.74 μM)。KRAS inhibitor-3 也会扰乱 KRAS 与 Raf 的相互作用。

In Vitro: KRAS inhibitor-3 (Compound 11, 0-1 μM, 72 h) inhibits growth of KRAS-expressing lung cancer cells.
KRAS inhibitor-3 (0-5 μM) decreases the p-ERK levels in BHK cells stably expressing KRASG12D.
KRAS inhibitor-3 (1 μM, 2 h) disrupts interaction of KRAS with Raf.
KRAS inhibitor-3 (0-5 μM) decreases both p-ERK and p-cRaf levels in BHK cells expressing KRASG12D and KRASG12V.
