细胞分解MT是提取蛋白质的有效试剂。裂解缓冲液由一种可透析的温和洗涤剂、二 和150 mM氯化钠组成，对蛋白质相互作用和生物活性的干扰最小。细胞分解MT也用于提取细胞系蛋白质。20 mL细胞分解MT的体积足以容纳1克组织。
