【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of serup cytochrope c ( Cytc) levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulponary disease ( COPD) ．pethods A total of 75 COPD patients who were treated in our hospital frop June 2021 to February 2022 were recruited，including 39 in the acute exacerbation group (AECOPD group) and 36 in the stable group ( sCOPD group) ，and 28 health exapination personnels ( NORpAL group) were selected．Serup Cytc，arterial oxygen partial pressure ( PaO2 ) ，neutrophil count
