产品说明：E.Z.N.A.@Total RNA Midi Kit 从<1?0*8个真核培养细胞或<200mg动物软组织中提取高达1mg总RNA 该试剂盒采用了Omega公司中量RNA结合柱，可方便快速地从<1?0*8个真核培养细胞，<5?0*10细菌或<200mg动物软组织(肝脏，脾脏，肾脏，脑等)中提取高达1mg的总RNA。完成一个至多个样品的RNA提取工作只需40min。提取过程无需用到有毒的酚氯/仿抽提，也无需用到耗时的醇类沉淀。纯化的RNA可直接用于RT-PCR，Northern杂交，核酸保护和体外翻译等。使用Omega公司的中量结合柱可大大缩小实验操作时间，减少接触各种有害有机物的机会。细胞或组织在TRK Lysis Buffer中裂解，离心去除杂质后，经70%乙醇调节结合条件，过柱吸附RNA，经过三步快速洗涤去杂质，最后RNA溶解于 DEPC水中。
