产品用途

体外诊断用途（For in vitro diagnostic use）和科研用途。

适用于经荧光素染色的组织样本、细胞涂片和细胞离心涂片的封片，从而用于荧光显微检测。

应用特征

荧光封片剂（S3023，Dako）可增强样本在荧光显微镜下的可见度。独特配方有效减缓荧光衰减，保证样本在封片后很长时间内都可观察。

荧光封片剂（S3023，Dako）封固的玻片置于2-8℃避光保存，至少一个月维持荧光信号不减。

荧光封片剂（S3023，Dako）能快速完全干燥，盖上盖玻片后能形成固体薄层从而便于样本处理和保存。

使用步骤

1. Dispense one or two drops of Fluorescent Mounting Medium onto tissue sections or cell preparations which are mounted on a glass microscope slide. 【滴1~2滴封片剂到组织切片或细胞制备物上】

2. Apply glass coverslip over Fluorescent Mounting Medium and allow the medium to spread evenly over the specimen. 【盖上盖玻片到封片剂上使其均匀分散到样本上】

3. Slides may be examined immediately under a fluorescent microscope. However, the coverslips should not be moved as mounting medium will not completely solidify for several minutes. 【显微镜下直接观察】

4. For long-term storage the edges of the coverslip may be sealed with nail polish to prevent air pockets from forming. 【若玻片长期保存需在盖玻片周围封上一层指甲油】

保存方法：2-8℃保存，切勿冻存。
