| 保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

产品介绍 IBTK is a encoded by this gene binds to Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) and downregulates BTK's kinase activity. In addition, the encoded protein disrupts BTK-mediated calcium mobilization and negatively regulates the activation of nuclear factor-kappa-B-driven transcription. |
| Function : Acts as an inhibitor of BTK tyrosine kinase activity, thereby playing a role in B-cell development. Down-regulates BTK kinase activity, leading to interference with BTK-mediated calcium mobilization and NF-kappa-B-driven transcription. |
| Subunit : Interacts with the PH domain of BTK. Isoform 2 does not interact with BTK. |
| Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Note=Translocates to the plasma membrane upon IgM stimulation. |
