保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.  |

| 产品介绍 The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor. This receptor specifically binds to IL17B and IL17E, but does not bind to IL17 and IL17C. This receptor has been shown to mediate the activation of NF-kappaB and the production of IL8 induced by IL17E. The expression of the rat counterpart of this gene was found to be significantly up-regulated during intestinal inflammation, which suggested the immunoregulatory activity of this receptor. 的特征性细胞因子白介素17 (IL-17)越来越广泛地受到关注。研究发现，IL-17在多种自身免疫疾病如多发性硬化，类风湿性关节炎，牛皮癣的患者的特定病理组织中显著上调。此外，对于自身免疫疾病动物模型研究表明，IL-17或其受体IL-17R基因剔除小鼠能够显著抑制自身免疫疾病的诱导，而将IL-17抗体注射到小鼠体内亦可以很大程度地减少自身免疫疾病的发生，表明阻断IL-17的功能很可能会有效的治疗自身免疫疾病。因此，研究IL-17发挥功能的信号转导机制是至关重要的。 迄今为止，已发现了六个IL-17
