产品说明：
EZ Rich Defined Medium /MOPS EZ Rich Defined Medium Kit是一 种成分丰富且稳定的合成培养基。
主要优点：
1. 可作为 M9 培养基的替代品，对于大肠杆菌培养的可重复率高。
2. 各组分浓度已经优化，也可以独立调整(如 C, P, N, S)。
3. 大肠杆菌的生长情况与 LB 培养基 相似。
4. 可用于荧光测量。
使用说明：
1. EZ Rich Defined Medium (EZ RDM) 液体培养基
按照上述比例混匀，定容至 990 ml，使用前加入 10 ml 20% Glucose（碳 源可以是葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘油等，使其终浓度为 0.1-0.2%）。
2. EZ Rich Defined Medium Plates (EZ RDM Plates) 固体培养基
配制 500 ml 4%的琼脂溶液：称取 20 g 琼脂加入到 500 ml 蒸馏水中，115 ℃，20 min 灭菌；将上述 490 ml 溶液（预热至 60 ℃）和 10 ml 20%Glucose 依次加入到 500 ml 4%的琼脂溶液，混匀后倾倒平皿，凝固后4 ℃倒置备用。
注意：5× Supplement EZ 低温储存可能会有部分沉淀析出。可以充分37 ℃水浴溶解后使用。5× Supplement EZ 经过滤除菌，不应存在不溶物或污染，也可以直接加入培养基至终浓度，混匀后也可以溶解。
