One-Step PAGE Gel Fast Preparation Kit 本产品采用上层胶和下层胶的预混配方，只需将试剂两两混合，加入促凝剂即可凝胶。灌入下层胶后，无需液封，可直接灌入上层胶，简便快捷。所配的上层胶带有颜色，方便点样和区分不同凝胶。 配套提供的改良型促凝剂APS，具有良好的稳定性和促凝效果，配胶过程中无需添加TEMED。本试剂盒可配制125块mini PAGE胶(以 0.75 mm厚度胶计算)，灌制的凝胶可用于变性或非变性PAGE凝胶电泳。
不同浓度的蛋白胶预混液制胶后，加 5 μl 180 kDa 蛋白 Marker (Vazyme #MP102)电泳；结果显示，在每个浓度下条带均清晰可见。
