蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1+S2 (YP_009724390.1, with mutations T19R, E156G, DEL157-158, L452R, T478K, D614G, P681R, D950N,F817P, A892P, A899P,A942P, K986P, V987P and furin cleavage site mutants) expressed with the bacteriophage T4 fibritin and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as variant AY.3, AY.3.1) which emerged in the India.
