产品描述：
促血小板生成素（TPO）是高特异性的血小板刺激因子，能有效地增加血小板水平，还具有促进其它造血细胞系活力的能力，具有刺激巨核细胞生成的作用。
重组人TPO蛋白由哺乳动物细胞表达，采用无动物源性材料生产和药用辅料制剂。执行《药品生产质量管理规范（2010年修订）》，严格控制细菌内毒素残留、宿主蛋白质残留、外源性DNA残留等，保证产品质量安全有效。
制剂：本品为白色疏松体。
产品用途：可用于多种体外细胞培养。
运输和保存：
本品为冻干粉末，2-8℃运输。
冻干产品置于-20℃保存，有效期见瓶身。
使用说明：
（1） 使用前检查储存条件和产品效期符合规定。
（2） 注射用水复溶，蛋白浓度 > 100 μg/ml。
（3） 产品复溶和分装，严格控制无菌、无热原。
（4） 产品复溶分装后可置-70℃冻存，应避免反复冻融引起蛋白质变性和其它可能的污染风险。
