产品描述：

HRP，即horseradish   peroxidase，中文名为辣根过氧化物酶，既可在   Western检测时催化ECL类试剂（如ECL、BeyoECL等）产生化学发光，也可在ELISA时催化TMB产生蓝色，亦可在IHC或Western   blot检测时催化DAB产生棕色沉淀。本产品为辣根过氧化物酶标记的经亲和纯化的山羊抗兔IgG(H+L)   [HRP-labeled Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)]，能够特异识别兔IgG，检测灵敏度高，本底低，对其他种属IgG无明显交叉反应，可用于Western   Blot、ELISA和免疫组化检测（IHC）。 

 

产品用途：

1）Western-blot：1:1000稀释；

2）IP：1:200稀释；

3）IHC：1:50稀释。

 

保存温度：

-20℃

 

 

注意事项：

1）建议使用前分装，避免反复冻融。

2）稀释后的抗体应在12h内使用，避免长期放置。

3）实验操作过程中可根据抗原和抗体的具体情况适当调节产品的稀释比例。   

4）叠-氮钠会抑制辣根过氧化物酶的活性，在含有辣根过氧化物酶的抗体中不可加入叠-氮钠。
