一、产品介绍：
NovoNGS® mRNA Magnetic Isolation Kit是从总RNA中提取mRNA的试剂盒，该技术基于Oligo-dT25与链霉亲和素磁珠偶联，然后将其作为结合poly(A)-mRNA的固相支持物来分离mRNA。该试剂盒可应用于RNA-Seq、cDNA合成及体外翻译等。
二、产品特点
本试剂盒根据磁珠法提取mRNA，操作简便，无需离心。
分离出的mRNA最后用少量洗脱缓冲液溶解，可直接进行后续实验，无需再经RNA沉淀纯化。
本试剂盒可适用于（10ng-5μg）RNA样本，mRNA回收产率为总RNA含量的1％-2％。
本试剂盒可在30分钟内从总RNA中获得完整的mRNA，省时高效。
三、注意事项
1） 磁珠需置于4℃保存。
2） 磁珠使用前务必要回温至室温，并充分混匀，否则可能影响样品的回收效率。
3） 操作过程严格保证无RNase和核酸污染。
4） 为获得好的纯化效果，提取的总RNA完整度应良好，确保RIN值在7.0及以上。
