产品描述:
PCR Enhancer II的主要成份为一新型PCR增强试剂，其能与所有的耐热DNA聚合酶共同作用促进许多DNA模板的有效扩增，增加PCR反应的灵敏度和特异性。在PCR反应中，PCR增强剂主要通过提高DNA聚合酶的热稳定性，降低DNA的二级结构起作用。
注：PCR 增强剂不能对所有的PCR反应起增强作用，有时需要从其他方面来改进PCR体系。
使用方法：
本产品为10倍浓度。使用时直接加入到反应体系中即可，每10μl体系加入增强剂1μl。
使用建议：
1倍浓度的增强剂为一个普适终浓度，但因每种PCR实验的最佳条件各不相同，所需的增强剂最适浓度会有差异。如按照此推荐浓度仍无法获得较好的扩增结果，建议客户可进行一个浓度梯度测试，推荐测试范围为0.5倍浓度至2倍浓度范围，可按0.5倍浓度梯度递增。
