产品描述:

1）质粒或基因组 DNA抽提过程中 RNA的去除；
2）高通量测序时 DNA样本中 RNA的去除；
3）确定 DNA或 RNA单碱基突变的位置 单碱基突变的位置 ;
4）制备重组蛋白过程中 RNA的去除。
保存温度：
-20℃
质量保证：
RNaseA 无 DNase 和蛋白酶活性，无宿核酸残留。
注意事项：
1） 最高活性温度为 60℃；
2） 反应 pH 值范围为6-10，最适 pH 7.6；
3） 推荐 RNase A 的使用浓度为 1-100 µg/mL；
4） 使用前无需再加热处理。
