伯氏包柔氏螺旋体，细长、柔软、弯曲呈螺旋状的运动活泼的单细胞原核生
物。螺旋体广泛分布在自然界和动物体内，分 5 个属：包柔氏螺旋体（Borrelia），又名疏螺旋体属、密螺旋体属（Treponema）、钩端螺旋体属（Leptospira）、脊螺旋体属（Cristispira）、螺旋体属（Spirochaeta）。前三属中有引起人患回归热、梅毒、钩端螺旋体病的致病菌，后二属不致病。本产品就是以染料法荧光定量 PCR 技术为基础开发的专门检测伯氏疏螺旋体的试剂盒，它具有下列特点：
1. 即开即用，用户只需要提供样品 DNA 模板。
2. 引物和探针经过优化，灵敏性高。
3. 提供阳性对照，便于区分假阴性样品。
