注意事项：附送10x PCR buffer,Taq DNA Polymerase是从克隆有Thermusaquaticus DNA Polymerase基因的大肠杆菌中表达并经过柱纯化分离出来的重组蛋白,其分子量为94 KD。该酶具有5’→3’DNA聚合酶活性和5’→3’核酸外切酶活性,无3’→5’核酸外切酶活性。在PCR反应中,该酶的延伸速度为1-2kb/分钟,PCR产物3’端带A,可直接用于T/A载体克隆。该酶无外源核酸酶和细菌基因组DNA污染,稳定性好,特异性强,一般用于小于6kb的对保真度要求不高的DNA片段的PCR扩增、DNA标记、引物延伸、序列测定、平末端加A等。
