文献和实验jingjingyufu 我想通过western来观测cullin4a蛋白质在小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞中的表达情况,可是做了很多次的western,条带不出的时候居多,即使出了,条带的大小与目的条带的大小也不一样,要比目标带小20KD左右,cullin4a主要功能是参与蛋白质的泛素降解,会不会是因为蛋白质降解了所以条带变小或是此带是非特异性的条带,想请教一下对cullin4a蛋白了解的高手指点一下,不胜感激! lalala_2004
