    溶菌酶主要用于酶分解细菌的细胞壁;用于制备原生质球。溶菌酶对革兰氏阳性菌、好气性孢子形成菌、枯草杆菌、耐辐射微球菌均有良好的分解作用,对大肠杆菌、普通变球菌和副溶血性弧菌等革兰氏阴性菌也有一定程度的溶解作用。溶菌酶具有分解细菌细胞壁中肽聚糖的特殊作用。
