MCE Antibiotic-Antifungal (100 ×), Sterile 含青霉素（10 KU/mL）、链霉素（10 mg/mL）、两性霉素 B（25 μg/mL）。青霉素-链霉素可有效抑制多数革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的生长，两性霉素 B 可用于抑制真菌、酵母的污染。
Description & Advantages:
Antibiotic-antimycotic is used to prevent bacterial and fungal contamination. The antibiotics penicillin and streptomycin prevent bacterial contamination of cell cultures due to their effective combined action against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Amphotericin B prevents fungal contamination of cell cultures due to its inhibition of multi-cellular fungus and yeast.
Antibiotic-antimycotic (100×) contains 10 KU/mL of penicillin, 10 mg/mL of streptomycin, and 25 μg/mL of Amphotericin B. This product is formulated with 0.85% NaCl. The recommended working concentration in the cell culture medium is 100 U/mL of penicillin, 0.1 mg/mL of streptomycin, and 0.25 μg/mL of Amphotericin B.

溶解50mg萘啶酮酸钠盐于足量的水中，最后定容至10ml。分装成小份于-20℃贮存。常以15ug/ml的终浓度添加于生长培养基。 四环素(tetracyyline)(10mg/ml) 溶解100mg四环素盐酸盐于足量的水中，或者将无碱的四环素溶于无水乙醇，定容至10ml。分装成小份用铝箔包裹装液管以免溶液见光，于-20℃贮存。常以10ug/ml～50ug/ml的终浓度添加于生长培养基。
