制剂(Formulation)

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.4.

 

质量控制(Quality Control) 

Purity:         Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.    

Endotoxin:  Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) as determined by LAL test.

Bioactivity: Immobilized Human SIgG1-Fc (Cat#CX82) at 2μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human CD64-His(Cat#CM03).

                     The ED50 of Human CD64-His(Cat#CM60) is 0.05ug/ml .

Bioactivity-BLI:

 

Loaded  Human CD64-His(Cat#CM60) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Anti-Human HER2 mAb-His(Cat#A062) with an affinity constant of 0.183nM as determined in BLI assay.		Loaded  Human CD64-His(Cat#CM60) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Anti-Human HER2 mAb-His(Cat#A062) with an affinity constant of 0.183nM as determined in BLI assay.

 

复溶(Reconstitution)

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. 

 

保存(Storage)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.
Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.
Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.     

 

背景(Background)

CD64 (FcγRI), one of the Fc receptors for IgG, is a membrane glycoprotein that mediates endocytosis, phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, cytokine release, and superoxide production. CD64 is also structurally distinct, containing an extracellular Ig-interactive region of three Ig-like domains in contrast to the two domains of the low affinity receptors FcγRII and FcγRIII. It is normally expressed on the surfaces of monocytes and macrophages.
