Protocol
The cells were fixed with 70% ice-cold methanol overnight at 4℃. Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The cells were then incubated in 1 X PBS/2%BSA/10% goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody for 15 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.

文献和实验葡糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶 glucose 6-phosphatedehydrogenase
糖酵解途径、柠檬酸循环以外的另一个葡萄糖分解途径的磷酸葡萄糖酸途径（磷酸戊糖途径）中的第一个酶EC1． 1． 1． 49。很早就称为 6-磷酸葡糖脱氢酶（ zwischenferment），它催化 6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢，形成 6-磷酸葡糖酸。以 NADP为电子受体。整个反应的平衡是趋向于 NADPH的生成，后者用于脂肪酸等的还原性生物合成反应。本酶存在于细胞的可溶性部分。
氯化硝基四氮唑蓝，黄色粉末, 溶于水，溶于甲醇。易吸湿。溶于水和乙醇，微溶于乙酸乙酯，不溶于乙醚。其还原物（Diformazan）为黑紫色结晶性粉末，溶于多数有机溶剂。有毒。有致癌的可能性。它是脱氢酶和其它过氧化酶的底物。用于测定葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶（glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase）；也是凝血因子I（fibrinogen）的沉淀试剂。也是碱性磷酸酶底物之一，在碱性磷酸酶的催化下生成不溶性的蓝色产物。常用于免疫组化(IHC)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)和蛋白
