BABY RABBIT COMPLEMENT
(Pooled Normal Rabbit Serum from Young Rabbits)
CL3441: 10 x 1 ml, lyophilized CL3442: 2 ml, lyophilized

用途：  它旨在用作 3-4 周龄兔补体的来源，该补体具有低嗜异性活性，从而导致低背景细胞毒性，使该产品非常适合用于细胞毒性、消耗和调理作用测定。

Warnings and Precautionary statements:
Product is to be used by laboratory-trained or tissue-typing trained staff. Disposal is in accordance with local regulations.
Baby Rabbit Complement contains material of animal origin and should be handled as a potential carrier and transmitter of disease.
For In Vitro Diagnostic Use
Lyophilized Complement:
Reconstitute with 1-2 ml of ice cold distilled water (depending on size). Gently agitate to ensure that all lyophilized material is dissolved. Use within one hour of reconstitution. Keep reconstituted material on ice at all times. Storage of the reconstituted serum for longer periods at 4°C or freezing and thawing of the reconstituted material will result in reduced potency.
NOTE: This material will appear cloudy after reconstitution. The cloudy appearance is a result of the lyophilization process and does not affect potency.
Storage and Stability:
Store at -20C before reconstitution. Use before printed expiration date. After reconstitution, store at 4C for a maximum of one hour.
Sterility:
This reagent is not sold as sterile but can be sterilized by filtration if necessary. It is preferable to dilute the complement to a final working concentration before filtration in order to minimize loss of volume.
Usage:
This baby rabbit complement has been tested in a lymphocytotoxicity assay utilizing monoclonal antibodies and human lymphocytes. It was found to be a potent source of complement and to possess minimal non-specific lymphocytotoxins.
