In Vitro: Antitumor agent-28 inhibits ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM; IC50=7.6 nM; HT29 cells), ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein (ATR; IC50=18 μM; HT29 cells), PI3Ka (IC50=0.24 μM; BT474 cells). Antitumor agent-28 does not inhibit mTOR in MDA-MB-468 cells.
