抗体制备:This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Influenza A H5N1 (A/Anhui/1/2005) Hemagglutinin / HA ( Catalog#11048-V08H1; ABD28180.1; Met1-Gln527) and then biotinylated. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
