产品简介：
百瑞极生产的DEPC水，即DEPC-treated Water，是用DEPC(diethypyrocarbonate，焦碳酸二乙酯)处理过并经高温高压消毒的 Milli-Q纯水。经检测不含RNase、DNase和proteinase。
DEPC水可以用于RNA沉淀的溶解，含有RNA的各种反应体系如反转录、siRNA的退火等，以及其它各种要求无RNase、 DNase和proteinase的反应体系。
DEPC水不同于DEPC。DEPC水是使用DEPC处理过的水，基本上不含DEPC，99.99%以上是水。如需购买RNA酶清除剂， 可以选购BN20172。
保存条件： 室温保存，一年有效。
注意事项：
如果每次的使用量很小，可以适当分装后再使用。
手上通常有RNase，必须戴一次性手套操作，以防RNase污染。
