文献和实验kissdana：我用pEGFPC3真核表达载体用lipofectamine2000来转染3T3L1细胞，结果转染率特别低，请问那位同仁用过类似的方法转染过这个细胞？能否给些建议？多谢了丁香园网友yushulin认为：这个细胞转染的效率是很低，没太多好办法，试着换一下实际，我们用罗氏的HD转染效率比lipofectamine2000高一点，但是也不是很高。
