采用PEG-20M毛细管柱，采用FID检测器，内标法完成对优质食用酒精中甲醇、杂醇油等微量组分的检测。分析结果完全符合国标GB10343-2002的要求。 (一)白酒中有关醛、醇、酯的分析： 采用氢焰离子化检测器，使用20%DNP+7%吐温-80，或兰州化物所大口径￠0.53mm专用毛细管柱，完成浓香型白酒和清香型白酒中主要的醇、醛、酸、酯各个组分的分析。使用毛细管柱除提高了分析效率外，还能检出有机酸，为复杂的酿造发酵工艺提供了更多有价值的信息
