荧光素详细如下:
荧光素是一种广泛用于显微镜、法医学和血清学检测潜在血迹的荧光团。荧光素的最大吸收波长为 490 nm,最大发射波长为 514 nm(在水中)。它具有 6.4 的 pKa 和多重电离平衡。这导致在 5 到 9 范围内依赖于 pH 值的吸收和发射。它在 460 nm 处具有等吸收点。
普通原液制备
