一般描述
胰蛋白酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，可特异性水解赖氨酸及精氨酸残基的羧基侧的多肽键。该款修饰后的胰蛋白酶经过甲苯磺酰基-L-氨基联 苯氯甲基 酮 (TPCK) 处理，可使外源性糜蛋白酶失活。每个包装含8个小瓶，每瓶含25 μg。
应用
TPCK处理的胰蛋白酶已被用于:
作为杜尔贝科改良伊格尔培养基（DMEM）的补充剂，用于上皮样猪肾细胞系（LLC-PK1） 的猪Delta冠状病毒（PDCoV）感染实验[1]
分离人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC） 用于膜联蛋白-V/碘化丙啶 (PI) 染色测定[2]
用于多循环复制动力学的最小必需培养基 （MEM）[3]
生化/生理作用
N-对-对甲苯磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸氯甲基 酮（TPCK） 可用作糜蛋白酶的不可逆抑制剂。胰蛋白酶诱导人纤维细胞分化。[4]胰蛋白酶被广泛用于蛋白质组学中的蛋白质样品消化。在细胞培养中，进行胰蛋白酶消化是为了使贴壁细胞彼此分开并离开培养容器壁。
