【预期用途】
用于测定血清和胸腺提取物中的胸腺素。仅用于体外诊断。

【背景知识】
胸腺被理解为一个多功能的调节器官。 除了维持免疫防御[1]的功能外，还描述了对中枢神经系统、内分泌或神经内分泌[2]的影响。 这些作用是通过分泌的单个肽如胸腺素或胸腺素介导的。 胸腺素呈锌复合物的活性形式 [3-5]，作用于 T 淋巴细胞及其来自骨髓的祖细胞[6]。 胸腺上皮分泌胸腺素的调节依赖于垂体激素。另一方面，胸腺素在神经内分泌系统中发挥重要作用。 因此，胸腺素的适应症非常多才多艺。
