【预期用途】
用于测定粪便中的血红蛋白，例如作为结肠癌筛查的一部分。仅供科研使用。
【背景知识】
大便中血红蛋白的检测可作为大肠癌筛查中消化道出血的标志物，大便中的血液可能来源于肿瘤或肠道息肉等。如果已检测到血红蛋白，则必须使用结肠镜检查来确定出血实际上是来自肿瘤还是初步阶段。结合结肠镜检查，免疫测试可以明显降低死于结肠癌的风险。
与基于愈创木脂的检测相比，IDKR 血红蛋白 ELISA 的优势在于它只以灵敏和特异的方式检测人血红蛋白。肉类、萝卜、萝卜或含维生素C的食物对检测结果有影响。
