【背景知识】
溶菌酶（胞壁质酶）是一种分子量约15kDa的蛋白质，属于碱性糖苷酶组。溶菌酶由粒细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞组成。粪便溶菌酶的主要来源是克罗恩病肠道粒细胞溶菌酶可以检测到。部分地的溶菌酶也被单核细胞积极分泌到肠腔中。
