    • 标准品和校准品的概念

              传统的临床检验，要使检验结果可靠或有依据，往往有一个标准品(Standard)。以临床化学检验的比色测定为例，常作三个检测：空白、标准、测定。用空白液调整吸光度为零，读出测定比色液和标准比色液的吸光度，分别为As和Au；已知标准液浓度为Cs。在一定范围内，某分析物浓度和吸光度呈良好比例关系。为了克服纯标准液和病人样品间的基体差异，20年前开始引用具有与病人样品基体相似的校准品替代标准品，用于日常工作。由于以往在使用标准品时不强调它的专用性，国内在应用校准品时忽略
