产品活性：Fipronil 是一种广谱杀虫剂，对鳞翅目物种以及蓟马、蝗虫、蚂蚁、蟑螂、跳蚤和蜱虫有效。Fipronil 能选择性地抑制 GABA 受体，其对蟑螂和大鼠 GABA 受体的 IC50 值分别为 30 nM 和 1600 nM。谷氨酸门控氯离子通道 (GluCls) 存在于蟑螂中，但不存在于哺乳动物中，对 Fipronil 的阻断作用非常敏感。Fipronil 还可诱导 HepG2 细胞凋亡以及促进人肝细胞中 CYP1A1 和 CYP3A4 mRNA 的表达。

In Vitro: Fipronil (0.1-25 µM; 72 h) dose-dependently induces expression of CYP1A1 and CYP3A4 mRNA in human hepatocytes.
Fipronil (0.1-25 µM; 72 h) induces caspase-3/7 activity in a time- and dose-dependent manner, in HepG2 cells (caspase-3/7 activity is an important marker of the cellular apoptotic process).
In Vivo: Fipronil inhibits two types of glutamate-induced chloride desensitizing and non-desensitizing current with IC50 values of 800 and 10 nM, respectively.
Fipronil is more selective for cockroach GABA receptors than for rat GABA.
Fipronil blocks cockroach GABA receptors in both resting and activated states, with IC50s of 28 and 35 nM, respectively.
