文献和实验绳蕈碱 muscarine 指含于红天狗菇、天狗菇、汗菇等毒蕈中的一种生物碱。可特异地作用于一切副交感神经末梢部位，使效应器发生强烈的兴奋。即促进各种分泌腺的分泌，使消化道、支气管、膀胱、子宫等平滑肌收缩，由于使心脏搏动次数减少、收缩力抑制、末梢血管扩张，结果产生血压下降。但若给与阿托品，则蝇蕈碱的作用可完全消失。
