描述:Serratenediol demonstrates strong inhibitory effects on the Epstein-Barr virus early antigen (EBV-EA) activation without showing any cytotoxicity, its effects being stronger than that of a representative control, oleanolic acid. Serratenediol can promote the proliferation rate,alkaline phosphate(ALP) activity and some osteogenic gene expression of osteoblasts. Serratenediol also has significant and dose-dependent growth inhibitory effects on HL-60 cells via regulating the ratio of Bax/Bcl-xL.
